We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our services; match seekers with relevant listings; send transactional emails; detect and prevent fraud; and comply with legal obligations under Indian law.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers (e.g., Supabase, Google Analytics), law enforcement when required, and other users only as needed to facilitate property inquiries.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember search preferences, and display relevant ads via Google AdSense. Google AdSense may serve personalised ads based on your interests. You can opt out via Google's Ad Settings.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Listing data may be retained for up to 2 years after expiry for dispute resolution.
