1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Fives ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Fives is operated for users in India and is governed by Indian law.
2. Use of the Platform
You may use Fives only for lawful purposes related to property search, listing, and related activities. You agree not to post false or misleading listings, impersonate owners, scrape data, or violate any applicable Indian laws including RERA.
3. Listings and Content
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of listings they post. Fives does not verify all listing details. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or appears fraudulent, without notice.
4. Free and Paid Plans
Free accounts may post up to 2 listings with 5 photos each. Paid plans offer additional listings, photos, and featured placement. Payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Platform Role
Fives is a listing platform that connects property seekers with listing professionals and owners. Fives is not a party to any property transaction and accepts no liability for disputes, negotiations or agreements arising between users.
6. Intellectual Property
The Fives name, logo, and all platform content (excluding user-submitted listings) are owned by Fives. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Fives does not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of listings, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
